Harry Yee’s 1957 Original Blue Hawaii Recipe
– 1oz of sweet and sour mix – 1/2oz of Blue Curacao (preferably Bols) – 3/4oz of vodka – 3/4oz of Puerto Rican light rum
Royal Lahaina Resort’s Pineapple Blue Hawaiian
– 3oz white rum – 2oz Blue Curacao liqueur – 2oz coconut cream – 4oz pineapple juice – 1 cup of ice
