When we think about stress, we often focus on personal factors, but where you live can play a big part too. Komowa, a wellness brand, has ranked states across America to see who’s feeling the most and the least pressure of daily life.

They looked at things like how long people work, their debts, and even how long it takes to get to work. Here’s a breakdown of the top ten most stressed states, showing us that stress can come from our surroundings just as much as our situations.
