Free Orange Highlight Covers For Instagram Stories

Save to Find It Later!

If you want your Instagram profile to feel a little more cozy or vibrant, these orange highlight covers are a solid choice. They’re bright, cheerful, and super easy to use. I created three sets for this post: one with simple orange swirls, one with floral icons, and another with a mix of everyday orange-toned items. Whether your feed leans bold, warm, or somewhere in between, there’s something here that’ll fit right in.

Orange is one of those colors that brings energy without being too intense. It’s warm, welcoming, and just a little different from the usual neutrals everyone seems to use. These covers keep it simple with clean shapes and soft tones that still make your highlights look intentional and styled.

I’ve laid out each set below so you can scroll through and grab what you like. And at the bottom of the post, I’ll explain exactly how to crop and upload the covers to Instagram—even if you’ve never done it before.

Orange Swirl Highlight Covers

These swirl designs are abstract, soft, and give a little retro edge without being too bold. They look really nice if you’re trying to make your profile feel modern but still warm and a bit fun.

Mixed Orange Highlight Covers

Here you’ll find a variety of orange-toned items like citrus fruits, cozy drinks, candles, and other lifestyle icons. Great if you want something that feels personal and relaxed but still pulled together.

How To Use These Covers On Instagram

Tap and hold the image (or right-click on desktop) to save it to your camera roll or downloads folder.

To crop it into a circle, open the image in Canva and use a circular frame to crop and download. Or keep it simple—just zoom in and crop around the circle directly from your phone’s photo app.

Once that’s done, go to your Instagram profile, tap and hold any highlight, choose “Edit Highlight,” then tap “Edit Cover” and upload the new image.

And just like that, your profile feels brighter and more put-together without much effort.
