From towering rock formations and deep canyons to explosive geothermal sites and vast forests, each park offers something unique. Let’s explore some of these incredible earth formations hidden inside these natural treasures.
1. Arches at Arches National Park
Arches National Park is famous for its natural rock arches. These formations have been shaped over thousands of years by the forces of nature. The park’s landscape, made up mostly of red sandstone, has over 2,000 arches, including the famous Delicate Arch. This park shows how nature can create amazing structures that are both beautiful and inspiring.

Canyonlands also offers stunning natural arches but with a different backdrop. The park is split into districts by the Colorado and Green Rivers, creating a varied landscape.
